To Purchase from this site and for site registration, requires the use of safe cookies. General:
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the UK. UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from The Elder Tree.

No Order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the Order has been dispatched by the Seller. We will confirm that the Order has been dispatched by a Dispatch Confirmation email. This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by The Elder Tree of your offer to buy goods from us.

Prices:
The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. No additional charges are added VAT is included in the prices.

Delivery:
Our Standard Delivery period to the UK is 2-7 working days from time of order. If the item is handmade this may take slightly longer (14 days).

Postage Costs:
Postage costs are calculated by weight and added to the order when entering the Checkout.

The Elder Tree uses Royal Mail for deliveries below 5kg and UPS or DPD for large/oversized items. Delivery charges are in accordance with their standard rates (which are subject to change).

All Delivery Servcies are governed by the Carrier concerned – we shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

Promo Codes:
Promo Codes must be entered before checkout and payment. Only one discount or special offer can be entered per order. Discounts cannot be claimed after checkout has been completed.
Promotional discounts are no longer available on the Offer Ends date.

Payment:
Payment is due at the time of order. Goods remain the property of The Elder Tree until the order is fully paid for.

Refunds Policy:

You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of Goods if you wish to return part or all of your Order. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted. Returned goods must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging. Notification of damage or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claim of damaged goods after 7 days will not be accepted.

Damaged Returns:
The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned Goods where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the Goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.

Product Description Webpage:
Every Product offered for sale has a dedicated webpage. We aim to accurately describe every Product, accurately represent the Product with a representative photograph(s). Please note that we try our hardest to represent the Product with accurate information.
Some items may still show in stock and may become out of stock on the site (subject to availaibility). We reserve the right to cancel orders.

Warranty:
Crystals, minerals and fossils are sold as seen and can often be very delicate, brittle and contain natural flaws due to their inherent nature. Crystals, minerals and fossils may also alter colour or structure over time.

Acceptance of terms
By placing an order with The Elder Tree the buyer is agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
